4. Eligibility Criteria

Research Officer:

• MA in Social Work/Women's Studies/Development Studies with 2 years of direct work experience in the field, specifically with women in urban and rural communities.
• Experience working with state systems, particularly in Maharashtra.
• Fluent in spoken and written Marathi.
• Good writing skills in English.
• Proficiency in software like Power-Point, Excel, Word, and research analysis tools like SPSS.

Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer:

• At least a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in NGO/social sector/academic institution (higher education).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (including Tally, or other PMS applications) and proficient in computer usage.
• Fluency in written English for noting, drafting, and official communication.
• Preference for women with a degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work beyond office settings.

5. Salary

• Research Officers: Rs. 50,000 per month
• Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer: Rs. 40,000 per month
