4. Eligibility Criteria

Junior Technician: NCVT/NAC in the relevant trade.

Executive Posts: B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, MBA, CA, Company Secretary, or other prescribed qualifications as per specific post requirements.

5. Age Limit

• Junior Technician to Deputy Manager: Up to 30 years.
• Other Executive Posts: Below 65 years.
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.

6. Salary/Remuneration

• Junior Technician: Rs. 21,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Junior Manager: Rs. 30,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Assistant Manager: Rs. 40,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Deputy Manager: Rs. 50,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Senior Manager: Rs. 70,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Deputy General Manager: Rs. 80,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Additional General Manager: Rs. 1,00,000 (Basic) + allowances
• Consultant: Rs. 1,20,000 (Basic) + allowances
• IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) is applicable.
