4. Eligibility Criteria

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates holding a Graduate degree are eligible.
2. Substantive M/L-7 (7th PC), GP-4600 on a regular basis or one level/grade below (not under MACP).
3. Staff upgraded in Level-8 are also eligible to apply.
4. Completed 5 (five) years' service (as on date of issuing the notification).
5. Experience in dealing with D&AR cases.
