4. How to Download Call Letter

1. Visit the official call letter portal: ghcrec.assam.gov.in/AJSVivaCallLetter
2. Click on "Access Candidate Home" on the homepage.
3. Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth (format: dd/MM/yyyy).
4. Enter the security/captcha code shown on screen.
5. Log in to access your Call Letter, auto-generated Application Form, and Acknowledgement Card.
6. Download and take a clear printout of all three documents.
7. Carry the printed call letter to the interview venue on your allotted date.

5. Documents Required for Viva-Voce

Candidates should carry the following documents in original, along with one set of self-attested photocopies and two passport-size photographs:

• Downloaded Call Letter for the Interview/Viva-Voce
• 10th Standard Admit Card or Birth Certificate (proof of age)
• Marksheet and Pass Certificate of 10th Standard
• Marksheet and Pass Certificate of 12th Standard
• Marksheet and Pass Certificate of Graduation
• Marksheet and Pass Certificate of Law Degree (LLB)
• Certificates of any additional higher qualification declared in the application form
• Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if claiming reservation
• Bar Enrollment Certificate (for candidates practising as Advocates)
• Work experience certificate, if applicable
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, for candidates already employed in Central/State Government or PSU service

Failure to produce any mandatory document in original may lead to disqualification from the interview.

6. Important Instructions

• The call to the Viva-Voce is purely provisional and does not confirm final acceptance of candidature.
• All candidatures remain subject to detailed scrutiny and verification of eligibility as per the original advertisement dated 07 February 2025.
• The Gauhati High Court reserves the right to reject any candidature at any stage if the candidate is found not to fulfil the eligibility criteria.
• No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid for attending the interview.
• Candidates must report at the venue by 2:00 PM on their allotted interview date.
