KSMCL Recruitment for Various Contractual Posts

Karnataka State Minerals Corporation Limited (KSMCL), a Government of Karnataka undertaking, is conducting walk-in interviews for 50 contractual posts across its mines and units. Engagement will be on a contract basis for 11 months or until direct recruitment.

3. Vacancy Details & Remuneration

A total of 50 posts will be filled on a contract basis across 14 categories. Consolidated monthly remuneration varies by post.

• Assistant Manager (Production): 03 Posts (₹50,000)
• Assistant Manager (Lease & Exploration): 02 Posts (₹47,000)
• Environmental Engineer: 01 Post (₹45,000)
• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 03 Posts (₹45,000)
• Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 02 Posts (₹45,000)
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): 01 Post (₹45,000)
• Assistant Manager (Survey): 01 Post (₹40,000)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 01 Post (₹28,000)
• Mine Foreman: 08 Posts (₹28,000)
• Mine Mate: 12 Posts (₹25,000)
• Blaster: 08 Posts (₹22,000)
• Survey Assistant: 01 Post (₹21,400)
• Electrician (ITI) (Technician Grade-II): 02 Posts (₹21,000)
• Blasting Helper: 05 Posts (₹18,350)

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification and statutory requirements differ by post. Candidates must possess relevant Degree/Diploma/ITI certificate and statutory Certificates of Competency where applicable. Examples include Degree in Mining Engineering, Master's in Geology, Degree in Environmental Engineering, Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering, SSLC/7th pass with relevant certifications.
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years for all posts.
• Experience: Experience requirements vary by post. E.g., Assistant Manager (Production) requires 2 years, Assistant Manager (Lease & Exploration) requires 5 years, Environmental Engineer 5 years, Assistant Engineers 5 years. Preference is given to experienced candidates for several other posts.
