4. Eligibility Criteria

• Counsellor: Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with a background in the health sector/Social Work/Sociology. Minimum 3 years of experience. Preferably resident of Sivasagar District.
• Multi Purpose Worker: High school passed or equivalent. Any literate woman with knowledge/experience in the relevant domain. Preferably resident of Sivasagar District.
• Security Guard: HSLC Passed. Minimum 2 years of experience as security personnel. Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel. Resident of Sivasagar District.

5. Salary

• Counsellor: Rs. 25,000/-
• Multi Purpose Worker: Rs. 14,000/-
• Security Guard: Rs. 12,000/-
