5. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• State Programme Manager: Upto 40 years
• Coordinators (State Level): Upto 35 years
• District Coordinators: Upto 30 years

Educational Qualification (Master's Degree required for all posts):

• State Programme Manager: Master's Degree in Social Work/Public Administration/Rural Development/Management/Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• Coordinators (State Level): Master's Degree in Social Work/Rural Development/Public Administration/Management/Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
• District Coordinators: Master's Degree in Social Work/Rural Development/Arts/Commerce/Management (any discipline) from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
