4. Salary Details
- State Programme Manager: Rs. 35,000 Per Month

5. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- State Programme Manager: Upto 40 years
- Coordinators (State Level): Upto 35 years
- District Coordinators: Upto 30 years
Educational Qualification (Master's Degree required for all posts):
- State Programme Manager: Master's Degree in Social Work/Public Administration/Rural Development/Management/Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- Coordinators (State Level): Master's Degree in Social Work/Rural Development/Public Administration/Management/Economics or any other recognized discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
- District Coordinators: Master's Degree in Social Work/Rural Development/Arts/Commerce/Management (any discipline) from a recognized University. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
