5. Documents Required for Verification

Candidates must bring the following original documents:

1. Original Medical Fitness Certificate
2. Original Central Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC and other backward class candidates, where applicable)
3. Photocopy of Aadhaar and PAN Card (name and father's name must match the Class 10th certificate)
4. Clear photocopy of Bank Passbook matching Aadhaar details (centralized bank account only)
5. 4 recent passport-size photographs
6. Written self-declaration copy (as specified by the candidate)
7. Original PWD (Persons with Disability) Certificate, if applicable

6. Important Instructions

• This merit list is entirely provisional and subject to modification or cancellation.
• Selected candidates should be mentally prepared to sign a 1-year contract agreement at the time of joining.
• Candidates must arrange their own luggage and accommodation near the reporting venue.
