4. Eligibility Criteria

• Cooperative Intern:
• MBA or equivalent (PGDM) in Marketing Management/Cooperative Management/Agri Business Management/Rural Development Management from an AICTE/UGC accredited institution.
• OR A bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Cooperation.
• Specialist (Social Mobilisation):
• Graduate in Rural Development/Social Work/Sociology OR Graduate with Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.
• With 5 years of relevant experience in mobilization of farmers, field demonstrations, organizing village level meetings, etc.
