3. Position Details

• Position Name: Turnaround (TA) Consultant - Maintenance Static, Operations, Instrumentation, Electrical, Rotary, Civil; Senior Grade F/G Technical Advisor/Turnaround Mentor
• Total Vacancies: 24
• Engagement Type: Short-term contract (3 months)

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Candidates: Superannuated employees of HPCL or other Public Sector Oil & Gas Companies with relevant departmental experience.
• Age Limit: Not more than 64 years as on 31.07.2026.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant department/division (Refinery Maintenance or Operations). Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in major Refinery Shutdowns/Turnarounds. A cooling period of 2 months between retirement and re-engagement is required.
• Other Conditions: No major penalty during service, no minor penalty in the last 10 years.
