3. Position Details

• Position Name: Teaching Associate (Civil Engineering) or Teaching Associate (Soil and Water Conservation Engineering)
• Vacancies: 01
• Remuneration: Rs. 61,000/- per month + HRA (Master's Degree holders) & Rs. 67,000/- per month + HRA (Ph.D. holders)
• Tenure: For 11 months or until a regular post is filled, whichever is earlier.

4. Eligibility Criteria

Teaching Associate in Civil Engineering:

1. Ph.D. in the relevant subject of Civil Engineering OR
2. Master's Degree in Civil Engineering AND Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering) of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average AND experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagements AND published one research paper in science citation index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal / Scopus Indexed / Web of Science / UGC CARE listed journals.

Teaching Associate in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering:

1. Ph.D. in the relevant subject of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering OR
2. Master's Degree in relevant subject of Soil and Water Conservation Engineering AND Bachelor's Degree (Agril. Engg.) of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average AND experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagements AND published one research paper in science citation index (SCI)/NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal / Scopus Indexed / Web of Science / UGC CARE listed journals.
