3. Position Details

• Post Name: Project Associate 1
• Vacancies: 1
• Salary: Consolidated amount of Rs. 25,000 per month
• Tenure: Initially for 1 year, renewable based on performance and fund availability. Coterminous with the PI's Ramanujan Fellowship.
• Project: Ramanujan Fellowship project (ANRF, Govt. of India)
• Job Description: The project involves conducting laser spectroscopy experiments to investigate photophysical properties of organic molecules and materials, along with sample preparation, spectroscopic data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and small-scale synthesis of organic molecules and their characterisation.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Age Limit: Below 28 years.
• Preference: Candidates who have qualified NET/GATE. Additionally, candidates with prior research experience in steady-state or laser spectroscopy will be given preference.
